Anyone up for some Retail therapy?

MONDAY

I had to bust out the old faithful to get through Monday morning.

Jason and I continued working on the house every second of our free time. Monday had us scrambling to wrap up our stair handrail and balusters installation.

TUESDAY

We basically killed ourselves during the week so please disregard my terrible photos, including this one taken around 11pm in the Jong Kak parking lot.

WEDNESDAY

You may also disregard this solitary photo I took of Ellie under my desk at work.

THURSDAY

Spotted this cool overgrowth on my afternoon dog walk.

Spent the evening at Home Depot (again and always) before dining on burgers and drinks at 29th Street Tavern.

FRIDAY

Finally, the most important housewarming items were starting to come together.

With a hard week behind us, unwinding with a late outdoor dinner at Grano seemed in order.

And maybe something from The Charmery for good measure.

SATURDAY

We finally planned a more relaxing and indulgent Saturday morning which started with breakfast at Artifact Coffee.

Then we did some vintage shopping around Hampden, popping into some of the neighborhoods shops.

We ended the day celebrating at our friends beer release party and finally enjoyed an entire Saturday without renovation work 🙂

SUNDAY

Sunday was a slightly different story as we ended up playing a bit of catch-up around the house. But not before a breakfast stop with friends at Diablo Doughnuts.

We worked until late and I finally started piecing together the living room gallery wall.

It was much harder to plan out than I anticipated.

Ended the night halfway there…
