Glazed & Infused in Chicago, Ill

You’ll soon notice that cutesy names go hand and hand with hipster donut shops but don’t let that drive you away. It’s the sweet stuff you crave and the sweet stuff you should stay for.

At Glazed & Infused you can expect to find big ass fluffy donuts of you average circular variety but what this shop is know for is their mammoth Maple Bacon Donut – A long, wiener dog sized pastry topped with maple glaze and one strip of perfectly polished bacon. Check out the Gallery below for some gratuitous donut shots.

If you have a hankering for donuts, G&I will suffice but I would make it a point to grab a Maple Bacon. It’s easy to see why it’s a favorite among customers and it was far an away the best donut of the bunch.

Oh man that looks so good! My favorite donut shop is Christie’s in San Diego and Banbury Cross in Salt Lake City. Anywhere that has good apple fritters is ok with me 🙂

    P.S. LOVE your new logo!
